This Sunday, September 21, 2014, at 11:30 a.m., the People’s Climate March will begin in New York City. It’s predicted that this will be the largest march for climate in history, with potentially 100,000 people marching. Next week, world leaders will be participating in a United Nations climate summit. People’s Climate Marchers hope to convince those world leaders to take real, positive action to create a global agreement to reduce global warming pollution.
If you can, take your feet down to mid-town’s Central Park West and march for the planet. If you can’t make it, support the marchers and spread the word. Hurry up, please, it’s time!
