I had a little difficulty finding a suitable name for this dangerous meme. A number of possible names occurred to me, but it seemed to me that, paradoxically, any name I could give it was more likely to get in the way of conveying the meme I had in mind. I finally decided the exemplar was sufficient, even without a name. Feel free to use whatever label you're comfortable with.
